The staff were very welcoming, was not kept waiting. Time for work to be completed was as expected and car was cleaned as well. My BMW is now 7 years old, has full history from BMW and I'm glad the pricing for servicing is affordable and competitive.

Issue with the door lock on the rear drivers side has been resolved. Service received from the Service Team (Hannah King) was excellent, she took time to ensure everything was resolved, showed me the controls in the loan car etc.

After a shaky start with the booking. Told to book before Christmas and then turn up to be told , the service is not necessary. Booked that day for nearer to the MOT. Got lots of messages saying please book and you had lost my booking.

There was a lot of confusion on what work had been previously done as it had been incorrectly recorded upon previous visits - it was resolved by the gentleman at the end but what worries me is what happens when people pay it if they are not sure!

Overall I was satisfied. Still found the price paid steeper than expected for engine oil and micro filter. I originally thought it was just the engine oil I needed to get sorted. When I get the car replaced I want to go back on the service plan.
