Adrian kept me updated the whole way through, even messaging out of hours. He was away when the car arrived but made sure to be there for handover on his first day back so I had it for a work trip. Really appreciated that.

No guaranteed electric courtesy car offering, I walked and used the bus. Poor communications once the car was at the dealership. I received a missed call, they did not pick up when I returned it. They sent text messages but didn't read my responses.
