Was able to get booked in next day and delivered the car. Later that day they contacted me with a report and cost which was £2950, for a car 3 months out of wareenty. However Hannah King and the team contacted BMW and they agreed to supply the part.

Everything was smooth and done in good time. Service attendant was very attentive and I had space to work. The only thing that could be improved is - I had my car vacuumed only (not washed) however wasn't done very well and was still dirty.
